Connecticut regulations allows you to practice for 90 days after your EMT or MRT certification expires and up to one year to take a refresher class.

We strongly recommend taking an earlier class rather than one closer to your expiration date due to the state currently taking 4-8 weeks to process EMT refresher classes once they complete.
